Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to gift vouchers purchased through the Singapulah online gift voucher store, powered by Giftpro. Your purchase contract is with Singapulah London Ltd, trading as Singapulah, registered in the United Kingdom under Company Number 1484 9617.

2. Purchasing a gift voucher
The voucher description sets out its value, validity and any specific restrictions. Please check these details before ordering. All prices are in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed before payment. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Please check the confirmation and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
3. E-voucher delivery
E-vouchers are sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1 working day after successful payment. Where scheduled delivery is offered and selected, the voucher will be emailed on the selected date. Please check that the email address is correct and check your junk or spam folder if the voucher has not arrived. If it is still missing after the stated delivery period, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and arrange redelivery.
4. Physical voucher delivery
Physical vouchers, where offered, are sent to the postal address provided at checkout. Only postal addresses within the United Kingdom will be accepted. Available destinations, delivery services, charges and estimated arrival dates are shown before payment. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and are expected to arrive within 5 working days using Royal Mail.
Please check the delivery address carefully. If your voucher is late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Validity and redemption
Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date shown on the voucher. The validity period and any excluded dates are stated before purchase. Please contact us before expiry if you need to discuss an extension.
Vouchers may be used at Singapulah at 53 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 6LB. Reservations are subject to availability, and purchasing a voucher does not guarantee a table. Please mention the voucher when booking and present it when ordering or paying.
Monetary vouchers may be used towards restaurant spend, excluding service charge. Any amount above the available voucher balance must be paid separately. Vouchers can only be used once and in a single transaction only. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is due under these terms or applicable law, and are not replaceable. Any unused balance will be forfeited and no change will be given.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
For an unused voucher purchased online, we offer cancellation without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives it. This policy does not limit any longer or additional cancellation rights you may have by law.
To cancel, email hello@singapulah.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your name and order reference so we can identify the purchase. You may use the cancellation form below, but this is optional. Send your cancellation notice before the period expires.
We will deactivate the cancelled voucher and refund the amount paid for it, together with any refundable standard delivery charge. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable unless required by law. Refunds will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund administration fee. Physical vouchers do not need to be posted back once we have confirmed their cancellation and deactivation.
Outside this unused-voucher cancellation policy, change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion. If the voucher is faulty, incorrectly supplied or cannot be honoured by us, please contact us for an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including where a voucher has been used or partly used.
7. Lost vouchers and voucher security
Keep your voucher code secure. If a voucher is lost, stolen or sent to the wrong recipient, contact us promptly. Where we can verify the purchase and confirm that the voucher has not been redeemed, we will help deactivate and reissue it. Each code can be used only to the extent of its remaining valid entitlement.
8. Personal information
We use personal information to process your order, deliver vouchers and manage enquiries as explained in our Privacy Policy on our website www.singapulah.co.uk . Please also refer to the privacy information provided in the Giftpro checkout.
9. Changes to these terms
The terms provided at purchase apply to your order. Updates to this page apply to future purchases and will not reduce the rights attached to a voucher already purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
